Rajeev Kumar

Vice President of Solutions and Strategy.

Rajeev Kumar

In this role Mr. Kumar is responsible for development of innovative solutions and strategies at ThrivOn that improve business performance of our clients.

Mr. Kumar brings a wealth of experience in developing business analytics and information management solutions for worlds leading analytics-powered organizations and government agencies. A recognized thought leader, speaker in the field of business analytics and information management, Mr. Kumar has also served on the product advisory board for Sybase IQ and Kalido.

Prior to joining ThrivOn, as Vice President of private sector at Project Performance Corporation, Mr. Kumar was responsible for P&L, strategy, execution, and growth of consulting business for commercial clients in North America. Mr. Kumar’s progressive experience in a myriad of consulting functions has allowed him to offer his clients deep insights in a variety of fields, including, but not limited to, healthcare, insurance, and financial services vertical. Organizational growth, business development, corporate leadership, and client facing consulting roles are all areas in which Mr. Kumar has excelled.

Mr. Kumar started his career with TATA Consultancy Services (TCS) where he was a member of Business Intelligence practice from it’s inception. Mr. Kumar was instrumental to the growth of TCS BI practice to more than 1500 people in less than five year by winning and delivering large deals for several key clients such as Kellogg, BP Lubricants, GE Capital, Standard Chartered Bank, VSNL and New World Mobility.


Mr. Kumar is a friendly workaholic with a wonderful wife and two little boys.

Rakesh Gupta

Vice President of Technology and Services

In this role Mr. Gupta is responsible for providing thought leadership, development and delivery of solutions for our clients, worldwide.

Mr. Gupta is passionate about applying technology to solve business challenges. He prides himself as the problem solver and firmly believes that business necessity is the mother of technology innovation. Mr. Gupta brings a wealth of experience in developing innovative solutions for world’s leading portal, content management, business process management, document assembly and application development seeking commercial organizations and government agencies. A recognized thought leader and speaker in application of technology, Mr. Gupta is constantly requested as an advisor by most of his clients for their information technology challenges. He is also being regularly featured on various technology media such as Microsoft Channel 9.

Prior to joining ThrivOn, Mr. Gupta served as the Global Director of Enterprise Services for Project Performance Corporation. In this role, Mr. Gupta was responsible for strategy, execution, organizational growth, business development and providing leadership to corporate information technology consulting business in North America and Europe.

Mr. Gupta’s progressive experience in a myriad of consulting functions has allowed him to offer his clients deep insights in a variety of fields, including, but not limited to, healthcare, insurance and financial services vertical. Mr. Gupta is fondly regarded as the trusted advisor by most of his clients, worldwide.

Mr. Gupta started his career with TATA Consultancy Services (TCS) where he was a member of solutions development team. In just quick three years, Mr. Gupta was instrumental to the success of some of the biggest TCS system integration projects with a combined project team size of over 500 people. Some of the multiple roles that Mr. Gupta has played over his career have been that of a practice leader, global implementation manager, delivery manager, program manager, strategy consultant, and chief technical architect.

When not working, Mr. Gupta loves to spend time with his friends and family, meeting new people and volunteering for community services. He is blessed with a wonderful wife and two little kids.

Dinesh Rawlley

Vice President, IT Strategy and Architecture Consulting

In this role Mr. Rawlley is spearheading ThrivOn’s application modernization, cloud computing and next generation architecture consulting that improve business performance of our clients.

Mr. Rawlley brings over 26 years of global IT services and operations experience with demonstrated skills in applying technology as a means for business process improvement. Throughout his impressive career, Dinesh has gained extensive experience in planning and executing technology strategy, developing, architecting and delivering on large-scale global architecture including cloud computing capabilities, ERP and CRM projects, conducting technology assessment & deployment, managing mergers & acquisitions through his work with Fortune 500 Consumer Goods, Medical Devices and Bio-technology manufacturing companies.

Prior to joining ThrivOn, Mr Rawlley was a senior director at MedImmune where he managed a team of more than 200 technical professionals and had an overall program level accountability to manage the design, delivery and support of complex IT initiatives to meet business goals. Mr. Rawlley has held similar leadership roles at leading companies such as MARS, Playtex and Tredgear Film Product.

Mr.Rawlley earned his Bachelor of Sciences from Delhi University. He also achieved his Executive Management Certification from University of Delaware.



Sachin Sinha

Director of Big Data Analytics

In this role Mr. Sinha is responsible for design of innovative architectures, development of methodologies and delivery of solutions in Analytics, Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing that helps clients realize maximum value out of their data assets.

For over a decade, Mr. Sinha has designed, architected, and delivered Data Integration, Data Warehousing, Analytics, and Business Intelligence solutions. Specializing in Information Management, Mr Sinha’s domestic and international consulting portfolio includes a broad array of organizations in Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Energy domains.

Before joining ThrivOn, Mr. Sinha worked as the Practice Leader of the Adaptive Data Warehouse (ADW) practice for PPC (AEA), where he was responsible for defining PPC’s technology strategy, reference architectures, and methodologies for data warehousing, business intelligence and information management services. In that role, Mr. Sinha spearheaded the design and architecture of AEA’s Sustainability Management Framework (SMF).

Some of Mr. Sinha’s numerous specialties include data warehouse design, technical architecture, business data modeling, information architecture, design of business intelligence & analytics platforms and Enterprise Information Management strategy.

Mr. Sinha has authored several research papers in Information and Knowledge Management and is a frequent presenter at business intelligence and data warehousing user groups. Mr. Sinha’s paper outlining an Information Management System model was a feature of the month on ManagementFirst.com and is a recommended reading in Australian Institute of Management’s curriculum.

Mr. Sinha lives in Washington, D.C. metro area with his wife and two boys and remains a fervent supporter of the University of Maryland Terrapins.
